To insure our facility is kept clean, we charge a security deposit up front and equal to one month's rent. This deposit is fully refundable when you check out and leave your space in a clean condition.

We also store boats. We do not accept any cars, unless stored in locked containers, nor do we accept RV's older than 1995.

We have just moved into new offices to give us excellent visibility both day and night. Come by and check us out. Don't park your investment at a facility that is unattended. Our gates are always manned during business hours and patrolled after business hours.
